In some cases you will have to mail your sunglasses into us for replacement. Certain brands require the frames to be heated in order for the lenses to be safely removed without damage.

In order to get the exact parts you need we will need:

  1. All model numbers on the inside of earpieces (example RB4026 601/42 62[]16 125)
  2. Whether the frames are bent or broken
  3. Quantities of the parts you want

Please note that lenses, earpieces and nose pads all come in pairs.
